Seed cleaning

Heazlewood cleans a wide variety of seeds, including vegetable, brassica, pasture
and cereals.

Heazlewood Seeds uses proven seed cleaning technology as well as some equipment that is unique to the Australian industry: 12 double spiral separators and a belt separator. If necessary, seeds will undergo standardised treatment for disease following the cleaning process.

12 double spiral separators:
Designed to handle a high volume of seeds in a short amount of time. The 12 double spiral separators can clean up to 3 tonnes per hour.

Belt separator: This unusual and highly innovative piece of equipment uses a shaking-incline belt system to separate
the seed judged on rolling ability.

The high volume separators are imperative to the ongoing mass production of brassica seeds.
